Company Establishment

PT. Belvamas Maritim Indontama was incoporated on 5th August 2000 with a deed of establishment No. 2 by Notary Public Yoko Vera Mokoagow, SH in Indonesia with limited liability.

The company founders are Mr. Ayub D.P. Junus, Mr. Sidharta Soemarno, Ms. Heidey Sumajow and Mr. Leonard Parrangan.

In August 2002 an offshore associate company, Belvamas Maritim Indontama Ltd. was incorporated in Dominica as an international marketing arm for PT. Belvamas Maritim Indontama' services abroad.

On 29th January 2007, PT. Belvamas Maritim Indontama together with Hanseatic Shipping Company Ltd. of Cyprus formed a joint venture company called PT. Hanseatic Recruiting Agency Indonesia as an exclusive recruiting arm of ship officers & ratings from Indonesia for Hanseatic Shipping Co. Ltd. (Bernard Schulte Group).

As of 4th March 2008, PT. Hanseatic Recruiting Agency Indonesia changed its name to PT. BSM Crew Service Centre Indonesia, following the merger of Hanseatic Shipping Co. Ltd. into Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement on 1st January 2008.
